The Great Outdoors: RV, Nature, & Golf Resort; Titusville, FL Date:  May 23-26, 2008 Length of stay:  3 nights The Great Outdoors RV & Golf Resort, is just that... resort camping.  Within the gated park are several pools, a Par-71 PGA golf course with pro-shop, tennis courts, shuffleboard, restaurant & lounge, and much more.  It is a community of RV lots, ports, and homes where residents live both year round and winters.  Also available are several different lot styles for nightly camping.  There are restrictions on types of campers allowed.  No tents, pop-up, or truck campers are allowed.  Motorhomes, fifthwheels and travel trailors must be 18' or longer.  Despite the restrictions, there are beautifully paved roads, fishing, and a naturetrail.  It is a fun way to explore everything the Spacecoast has to offer.  The driving range also offers a wonderful view of the shuttle launch if you are able to plan your vacation around the space shuttle schedule.
